I'm US Air Force Retired. I was honorably & medically retired after 4 years of service. My life turned upside down when I ruptured my cornea on active duty. I became legally blind in my right eye. I was stationed at Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Japan, a beautiful tropical island, but with limited medical support. I was deemed undepolyable. I was of no use to the Air Force anymore. My heart sank to my knees, and my knees to the ground. I felt my life shatter & what I defined as who I was had broke. I was left blindsided (literally) having NO idea what I was going to do with my life. June 27, 2008, I was left jobless, homeless, & only work experience: building bombs. Unfortunately, so was everyone else. It was the economic downturn we are still recovering from today.
Fast forward to today, I got up off my knees, over myself & learned how to serve others with my whole heart. I got my Bachelors in Business and found the Christian Chamber of Southwest Florida. I found my passion in sharing biblical principles with Business leaders & cultivating an environment that allowed business leaders to come together. The past 6 years I have had the privilege of the BEST Business leaders investing in me to develop my leadership and business skills. On top of that, Next Level Church has helped cultivate my relationship with Christ like I've never known before.
Today, I have answered the call to step into ministry. With NMSI, I get the opportunity to bring Christ into the nations as a disciple. Whether I'm helping lead a teams, use business skills, help churches with Creative Outreach, or serve under Executive Leadership, I'm ready! God has called me to the field. I believe together, churches, businesses, and ministries have obligation to be relevant to reach the lost. Be creative, be innovative, but reach the hurting, the lost & the broken.
